This opportunity allows us to meet and show you the value our process brings by having a new-age approach which takes all the guesswork out of any project. You will be given a comprehensive overview of our pre-construction agreement and contract. Here, you understand what we bring as a high-performance builder.
Management& Constuction
As our valued client, you will get to learn and gain valuable information about your project. We partner with companies that provide 3D modelling of your build, including a BIM breakdown, which is a technology that is making its way into the custom space to bring a proactive approach to complex builds. We bring a unified approach from architects and engineers to the final brush strokes of your home and make sure each step is followed according to plan.

In our package you will be enrolled in Tarion home warranty program and receiving liftime warranty on supplier products that offer them. You will also receive post construction maintenance package that will help keep your home up to date so it can last for a lifetime.
